FAA Proposes $52,000 Civil Penalty Against Home Depot

The U.S Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a $52,000 civil penalty against The Home Depot, Inc., of Atlanta, Georgia, for allegedly violating the Hazardous Materials Regulations.
