Rebuild Alabama Infrastructure Plan

Alabama Governor Kay Ivey has announced her Rebuild Alabama Infrastructure Plan. That plan proposes a 10-cent increase in Alabama’s fuel tax with an index designed to coincide with the rising costs of building roads.
