Lufthansa Cargo starts eDGD

Lufthansa Cargo has entered into the IATA Proof of Concept phase for eDGD, the digital approach to manage the IATA Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD), with implementations in Frankfurt, Paris and Zürich.. The cargo carrier is doing this together with the Dakosy community collaboration platform. Digitizing the DGD requires cooperation of stakeholders like Shipper, Forwarder, Carrier, GHA and third party providers. Their collaboration to a data platform is essential to ensure compliance and benefits for all partners.
