China’s Lianyungang Guanyun Port Open for Business

Lianyungang Guanyun port, along with the along with the port areas of Lianyungang Ganyu and Lianyungang Xuwei, is now open for business.

The Guanyun Harbor Industry Zone has been working closely with the Lianyugang Port Group to development the port for both sea and river activity.  The port offers two 30,000 tonne berths at Terminal 1, and two 50,000 tonne class berths at Terminal 2. The shipping channel can accommodate 50,000 dwt bulk carriers in one direction, and 20,000 dwt bulk carriers in two directions.

Plans call for building two 50,000 tonne-class berths at Terminal 3, as well as a 100,000 square meter logistics park.
