Dachser USA Relocates in Miami, New York

Dachser USA has relocated branch facilities in Miami and New York to more strategic locations to meet customer and market needs, the logistics service provider said.

            Dachser’s Miami branch moved to its new location in April is a class A office building directly next to Miami International Airport. Comprehensive storage services are offered in another facility about 10 miles from the office location and the airport.

            The U.S. subsidiary of German logistics service provider Dachser said it has expanded its portfolio of customer-specific services from what was offered at the previous location. This includes pick and pack, assembly, customs clearance, distribution, cross-docking, kitting and fulfilment solutions. Two of Florida’s largest ports, the Port of Miami and Port Everglades, are equally located within a few miles. Dachser’s local team is available for customers in English, Spanish, French and German.

            At the beginning of the year, Dachser moved its office in New York, Dachser’s first U.S. location nearly 50 years ago, serving as the company’s first expansion from Germany.

            The class-A office location is near John F. Kennedy International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport and major ports in New York and New Jersey, the office provides optimal air and sea connections, and serves as its Northeast gateway. Its New York airfreight portfolio provides direct U.S.-Europe import and export consolidation services several times per week. Sea freight services include own U.S.-Europe import and export LCL services, with weekly connections.

            In addition to New York and Miami, Dachser offers own branch offices Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas and Los Angeles.
