Imperial to sell Latam shipping business

Africa-based Imperial Logistics is to sell its South American shipping business to Hidrovias do Brasil, an independent integrated logistics provider focused on waterways in the region, for a maximum of US$90.0 million. Imperial will focus on its African business in the healthcare, consumer, chemicals, automotive, and industrial and commodities industries.
