Maersk Line is launching a mobile app that will allow users to track cargo en route in real time and access comprehensive information on shipments, check schedules, and any changes in destination and documentation.
Key features of the app are: Live Tracking – Keep up-to-date with up-to-the-minute information on all shipments. Enables you to keep track of your cargo on the go; Push notifications: The app will provide instant notifications over phone, sharing live updates on the status of cargo; Unique guide to shipping: The app has a guide which will enable a new entrant to the market understand the systems and processes of Shipping; the ability to share information: Will keep Maersk Line’s valued customers in the know by sharing all the latest information on shipments directly from the app. Information will be shared in real time, facilitating simultaneous communication to all the involved parties.
