Port Freeport Welcomes Jason Miura

Port Freeport is pleased to welcome Jason Miura to the Port Freeport Team as the Director of Business and Economic Development. Jason brings to Port Freeport ten years of combined experience in the maritime shipping industry, marine logistics and project management.  His experience has been acquired through both operational and commercial roles.  He earned a BBA from University of Houston with a concentration in Finance as well as having completed the Export-Import Theory, Practices and Procedures course at Kingwood College.  Jason also holds the Association of Ship Brokers and Agents Certifications in Commercial Trade Transactions, Maritime Law for Shipbrokers and Agents and Ship Brokering and Chartered Vessel Operations.
