Stehle to Leave UHL to Return to deugro

Project industry veteran Dominik Stehle will leave United Heavy Lift at the end of the third quarter and will take the same title, chief commercial officer, at deugro.
Stehle returns to deugro, where he worked for nearly a decade as executive vice president and member of the executive board, and where he also took an integral part in establishing the multi-purpose carrier dship Carriers. A 20-year shipping and logistics industry veteran, he will join deugro’s executive management team in the fourth quarter.
“Dominik is not only familiar with our organization’s culture and operations but also brings a wealth of fresh ideas and perspectives from his experiences gained in the heavy lift shipping industry, said Thomas C. Press, owner of deugro. “We are confident that his unique blend of insider knowledge and external insights will be instrumental in driving our company forward “His expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our service offerings, driving growth, and reinforcing deugro’s position as a leader in the industry.”

He joined Hamburg-based United Heavy Lift in 2020, after serving as chief commercial officer at Zeamarine. Earlier in his career he worked for Bertling Group and Boskalis.
