Ceres Signs Operator Agreement with JAXPORT’s ICTF

Ceres Terminals CEO Patrick Burgoyne and JAXPORT CEO Brian Taylor signed the Operator Agreement for JAXPORT’s new on-dock rail facility, the Intermodal Container Transfer Facility (ICTF) at Dames Point on May 12.
