New CEO for PRPA

The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority Board of Directors has selected global transportation executive Jeff Theobald as PRPA’s new CEO. Theobald, who served most recently as the president and CEO for Ports America Outer Harbor Terminal, LLC, replaces James T.
