Tradepoint Atlantic to Announce First Major Tenant

Tradepoint Atlantic — the developer, manager and owner of the former Bethlehem Steel Mill — is announcing its first major real estate deal on January 20th at the 3,100-acre industrial site in Baltimore, Maryland.
The news marks Tradepoint Atlantic’s official transition to a major east coast logistics, manufacturing, and transportation hub, and will likely spur substantial job opportunities and preface a chain of development by other global companies.
Representatives from Tradepoint Atlantic and the new tenant, along with elected officials and local community members, are expected to attend the event, which will be a landmark occasion in the site’s history. As a former steel mill for over 125 years, Tradepoint Atlantic has recently undergone a transformation and rebranded only last week, changing its name from Sparrows Point Terminal to Tradepoint Atlantic.
